Summer 2023 Line Up Of Events

Ok, so we have barely entered spring, but we all want something good to look forward to! Caldicot Town Team’s Summer Line up of events is already underway, with lots going on throughout the summer we hope to see you at these local events. click here to find out more.

Caldicot Town Team’s summer line up brings back favourite events, some with a little twist, but all good value and lots of fun guaranteed.

We kick off with the first of 4 of our Family Street Food Festivals in Caldicot Town Centre, each event will have a slightly different vibe but all will have good food and great entertainment. located in Caldicot Town centre, these series of free events are a great way to spend an evening with fellow residents and visitors, enjoying live music and entertainment.

Caldicot’s Annual Family Fun Day takes place this year on 28th July 2023 in Caldicot Town Centre. This year’s event has a Wild West Theme and will feature some fantastic entertainment and activities, including Rodeo Bulls and even a Gunslinger Show!

As always the event is completely free to attend, Food traders will be onsite offering hot food and snacks. We have a raft of interactive activities to take part in if you wish. Watch out for the Cactus’ decorating the town, you don’t want to get spiked! Live shows will be in our arena throughout the day to entertain and delight.

One of Caldicot Town Team’s biggest events, 999 Emergency Services Day will be back in 2023 as is promising to be as big as ever! Firm Favorites such as Gwent Police, South Wales Fire and Rescue and the Welsh Ambulance Service will be joining us on Sunday 6th August within the gorgeous grounds of Caldicot Castle & Country Park.

There is always so much to do and see at our 999 Emergency Services Day and this year’s event is going to be no different. Bouncy Castles, fair rides and stall games will be on site along with Emergency Response Vehicles, Interactive Stalls and Live displays throughout the day. Keeping things the same as previous years, event entry is free on foot, via Church road or Mitel Roundabout Entrance.

Car parking is just £5 per car. This charge helps us cover costs for the event but also provides funding for our other summer events taking place this year. Donation Pots will be available at the entrance for those wishing to donate towards costs.
